No. You add someone as a contact — name, role, email — and they get a private link to their own task list. There is no sign-up, no password and no seat to pay for. Anyone holding that link can open it, so send it to the person it belongs to.
Can I assign a task by voice?+
Yes. Record a voice note in the language you speak and Corovus transcribes it and writes a short summary in that same language, so the person opening the task reads a clear brief instead of replaying audio. The original recording stays attached to the task.
