The service

Corovus provides AI agents that help you create marketing content, audit and optimise your website, research keywords, and publish articles to a CMS you connect. Outputs are AI-generated and provided on an as-is basis.

No guarantee of results

SEO and AI-search visibility depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, citations, or business outcomes. Estimates and scores are guidance, not promises.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before it is published, for the accuracy and legality of what you publish, and for maintaining the credentials you connect. You must have the right to publish to any CMS you link.

Credits & billing

Agent actions consume credits as shown before each action. Failed actions are refunded automatically. Billing terms are detailed at checkout.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corovus is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Reputation & brand

Neither Corovus nor THIRTEENTH IDEA FZ-LLC is liable for any harm to your reputation, brand, goodwill, or business relationships arising from your use of the Service or from AI-generated content you choose to publish.

Financial losses

Corovus and THIRTEENTH IDEA FZ-LLC are not liable for any financial loss, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, business interruption, or lost business opportunity arising from or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such losses.

Resources & infrastructure

We are not liable for any loss of, or damage to, your data, computing resources, infrastructure, integrations, connected accounts, or third-party services, including from any failure, interruption, or downtime of the Service.

Abstract & non-abstract damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corovus and THIRTEENTH IDEA FZ-LLC disclaim liability for all damages whether abstract or non-abstract — including direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, and punitive damages — arising from the Service or AI-generated outputs.

Losses & liability cap

Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Corovus in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. The Corovus agent and THIRTEENTH IDEA FZ-LLC are not responsible for losses beyond this cap.
