Community Guidelines

These guidelines apply to everything you send or share with Corovus — messages, calls, meetings, files, profiles and what you create with our AI — in Coro Stream, our other apps and on the website. They are part of our Terms of Service.

We have zero tolerance for

Harassment, bullying, threats or hate against anyone.
Any sexual content involving minors. We remove it, ban the account and report it to the authorities.
Sexual content sent to anyone who has not asked for it.
Promoting violence, terrorism, self-harm or suicide.
Illegal goods or services, fraud, scams and phishing.
Pretending to be another person or organisation, or sharing someone's private information without their consent.
Spam, unwanted bulk messages or calls, and malware.
Content you do not have the right to share.

AI content

Do not use our AI to create content that breaks these guidelines, to deceive people, or to make realistic images, video or voices of a real person without their consent.

Block and report

In Coro Stream, open a conversation's menu to block someone or report them, or press and hold a message to report it. Under an answer from our AI, tap "Report". You can also email info@13idea.org.

What happens next

We review reports and respond within 48 hours. We may remove content, warn, suspend or permanently ban an account, and we report illegal content to the authorities when the law requires it.

Age

You must be 18 or older to use our Services.
