Data Deletion
Corovus (operated by THIRTEENTH IDEA FZ-LLC) lets you connect your own Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad account so our Ads agent can manage the campaigns you authorise. This page explains what we store from that connection and how to delete it.
What we store from Meta
When you choose Continue with Facebook and authorise Corovus, we store — per ad account you connect — an encrypted access token and the ad account's ID and name. We use these only to manage the campaigns you set up in Corovus. We never access your billing, and Meta charges all ad spend to your own payment method directly.
Delete it yourself, any time
There are three ways to remove this data:
- In Corovus (fastest). Go to Dashboard → Ads → Accounts and click Disconnect on any Meta account. This immediately deletes its stored access token. To remove your entire account and all data, use Profile → Security → Delete account.
- From Facebook. Open Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations, remove Corovus, and Facebook will notify us to delete the data we hold from your login — automatically.
- By email. Write to info@13idea.org and we'll delete your Meta connection data within 30 days.
What happens next
Any of the above removes the encrypted access token and disconnects the affected Meta ad account(s). Campaign records you created in Corovus are retained only as needed for billing and audit history, and can be deleted by removing your account. We do not retain your Meta access token after disconnection.
