Delete your account

You use one Corovus account on our website and in our apps Corovus AI, Corovus Voice and Coro Stream. This page, provided by THIRTEENTH IDEA FZ-LLC, explains how to delete it and what happens to your data.

Delete it yourself

  • In Corovus AI: tap the account icon at the top of the chat, then "Delete account".
  • In Corovus Voice: tap the account icon at the top of the screen, then "Delete account".
  • In Coro Stream: open the "You" tab, tap Account, then Security, then "Delete my account".
  • On the website: Profile → Security → Delete my account.

To protect you, we ask you to type your email address and to enter a code we send to it before the account is deleted.

Or ask us by email

Write to info@13idea.org from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm that it is you and then delete the account the same way.

What is deleted

Sign-in stops immediately and the account can no longer be used. After 30 days we permanently delete your profile, chats, messages (including those you sent to other people), files, generated content, notes, contacts and connected accounts.

Paid plans

Deleting your account stops your paid plans, including hosting plans, from renewing, so you are not charged again. It does not refund what you have already paid, including unused credits. If our Refund Policy gives you a refund, you can still ask for it by email after you delete your account, within the time the policy allows.

What we keep, and for how long

Records of payments and invoices, for as long as tax and accounting law requires; records of the consents you gave, kept as proof for as long as the law may require; and records of referral rewards and partner payouts. Technical and security logs are kept only as long as they are needed, without your name, email or phone number. People you had calls with keep those calls in their own call history.

Want a copy first? Download your data from Profile → Security before you delete your account.
