Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everything you create, publish, or send with Corovus (operated by THIRTEENTH IDEA FZ-LLC). By using the platform you agree not to use it for any of the following.

Illegal activities

  • Violating any applicable law — international, UAE, Indian, or the law of your own jurisdiction.
  • Promoting terrorism, extremism, or violence.
  • Money laundering, fraud, or unauthorised financial activities.
  • Distributing illegal substances or weapons.

Harmful content

  • Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment.
  • Adult, sexual, or explicit content.
  • Content harmful to minors — child sexual abuse material is strictly prohibited and reported.
  • Promotion of self-harm, suicide, or violence.
  • Misleading medical, legal, or financial advice.

Intellectual property

  • Infringing copyrights, trademarks, or patents.
  • Plagiarising others' content.
  • Reverse-engineering the service.

Abuse

  • Sending spam — outreach must comply with anti-spam law and always include a way to unsubscribe.
  • Phishing or impersonating others.
  • Scraping data that is not publicly available.
  • Bypassing rate limits or creating fake accounts.
  • Reselling the service without authorisation.

System integrity

  • Attacking our infrastructure (denial of service, exploits).
  • Probing for vulnerabilities without written permission.
  • Distributing malware.
  • Disrupting other users' experience.

Agent-specific rules

  • Social media. No spamming social platforms, faking engagement, or bypassing platform policies.
  • Lead generation. Comply with the anti-spam and data-protection laws that apply to you (for example CAN-SPAM in the US, the IT Act and DPDP Act in India, GDPR in the EU). No purchased lists. Every outreach email must include an unsubscribe link.
  • Advertising. Follow the policies of the advertising platforms you publish to. No deceptive ads, prohibited products, or trademark violations.
  • SEO. No black-hat techniques, content farms, or cloaking.
  • Websites & apps. Sites and apps you build must themselves comply with this policy — no fraud sites, fake stores, or scams.
  • AI video & images. No deepfakes of real people without their consent, no defamation, no election misinformation. AI-content labelling rules are described in our AI Content Disclosure.
  • All other agents. The general rules above apply to every agent on the platform, including document drafting, e-signing, and calling features.

Consequences of violations

  • First offence: warning and removal of the content.
  • Repeat offence: account suspension.
  • Severe violation: permanent ban and possible legal action.
  • Illegal activity: reported to the relevant authorities.

Reporting violations

Email info@13idea.org with a description of the violation, evidence (screenshots or URLs), and your contact information. We respond within 48 hours.

Updates

We may update this policy. Continued use of the service means you accept the current version.
